I miss my tiny babies....

My girls are 9 months old today and I can hardly believe it!! I miss my itty bitty babies! Who are these girls that whine and throw tantrums? They fight over toys and attention.... WAHHHHH

Alyssa is pulling up to standing and "cruising" around the living room!!! WHA? When did they get so big!! I only have 3 months(gulp) until they are ONE!!! Lord help me, I am going to be a mess that day. These are my only little babies I ever get to have and it has FLOWN by! It is so bittersweet!

I know how you feel, Heather. I am in the same boat with it going by so quickly--it is bittersweet. I hope to have more, though, someday so I know I will cherish that itty bitty baby stage more the second time around.

Aww they are so adorable! I love the headbands. Time does fly by. I've noticed it more since I've been an Aunt so I can only imagine how it is with your own. I just can't wait to meet him already.

I know the feeling! Happy 9 months!! OMG i just realized they are the same exact age as a set of boy twins I know!!!! (How early where they born again? cause the twins I know look so tiny compared to Alyssa and Isabella, not that they are big or fat or anything)

We aren't any where near 9 months, but I know how you feel. I put the girls in hats today that they got at the hospital. The hats were huge then and they barely fit now. I can't believe how big they've gotten. They actually have thighs now.

Your girls are adorable! I love the little teeth.

WOW 9 months already??? They are soooo adorable...have I mentioned that I LOVE LOVE LOVE twins....other people's twins that is!!! We have that same onesie! Too cute! TFS the pics!!! And we miss you around here.

Happy 9 months, girls!

I know what you mean about it being bittersweet. Allie turns 8 months on Sunday & I just can't get over it. The other night I watched her sleep with the tears rolling down my face because I feel like it's going sickeningly fast. I felt like we missed out on a lot of time in the beginning because we were trying to get adjusted, get through the colic phase, find the right formula, getting through reflux, etc etc. I feel like we'e always waiting to get through one problem (just to move onto another

) that it makes time go all that much faster. It STINKS!

Time really does fly. It seems like you are pregnant forever, but then the babies grow up so fast. They are adorable though. I love the pics!

LOL Linds!! They were born at 36 weeks so about a month early. And don't worry.. I am actually quite proud of their size. It took a lot of work to chub these babies up. (Bella has acid reflux etc). Premees are a LOT of work!

At their 9 month check up Alyssa was 16LB 8oz which is 18% and 27 1/2in which was 70%. Bella was 17lb 6oz which was 30% and 27in even which was 55%.

Thanks Jamie! I actually have two step kids too. SO 4 kids all together. LOL. My husband is a transmission mechanic so lets just say that more then four kids wouldn't be advisable to our budget!!

It is a bit heartbreaking though. At the end of the day I would love to be pregnant one more time, would love to have babies one more time...but I don't know if I actually want more then 4 kids....teenagers...etc.

LOL. I would have had two of my own regardless, but I just got them both at once!

I feel the EXACT same way. Having twins was so hard. I was exhausted most of the time. I used to cry because it was so hard. I was always waiting for the next step. (we had colic and reflux issues too). It went by so fast, I realized I was a zombie through most of it. So sad! I had the same moment with the girls the other night. Tears just streamed down my cheeks because I was so sad it went so fast.
