how long did it take for you to get AF back? I was hoping for a few more months AF free but I got it back yesterday! 4 weeks exactly. Blah!!

It's different for everyone. Are you BF? Supposedly it won't come back while BF, but about 8 weeks out, I started spotting. Then at 10 weeks PP I got Mirena put in so from there I bled/spotted for like 2 months straight, so I'm unsure if I've had a "real" AF yet. WHo knows. Sorry she made her visit so soon!

i pumped for about 3 weeks but thats it. i guess i should look at it positively that my body is trying to regulate itself again.
