Child's age: 9 months
How many naps per day: Two
When & for how long: Nap 1~ @ 9:30 or 10:00 am depending on wake up time. (First nap is always about 2 hours after wake up). They nap anywhere from 1 to 2 hours. Nap 2~ @ 2:30 or 3:00pm depending on the days plans. They nap anywhere from 1 to 2 hours.
Bedtime: 7:30 or 8:00 depending on girls.
How do they sleep throughout the night: STTN most nights. Teething makes Alyssa cry on and off sporadically but she settles right back in to bed.
Wake-up time: Anywhere from 7:00 to 8:00am depending on how lucky I am. lol. They like to play in there cribs for about 20 mins in the morning too. (They play peek a boo, and I can hear them cracking up over the monitor!!)

Child's age: 4 months
How many naps per day: Usually 3
When & for how long: Nap 1- around 10:00 or 10:30 (about 2 hours after he gets up). Sleeps for 1-1.5 hours only if I hold him. If I put him down, he only sleeps about 15 minutes.
Nap 2- around 1:30. We try to go out around this time, and he sleeps for about 20 minutes in the car.
Nap 3- around 5pm. If we're on our way home, he'll sleep about 30 minutes. If I'm holding him at home, he'll sleep 1-1.5 hours.
Bedtime: Around 8 or 9pm. I feed him one last time while he's sleeping before I go to bed around 10:30.
How do they sleep throughout the night: He is usually up around 4am and 6:30am for feedings. He eats and then goes right back to sleep. I rock him and put him back in his crib. Then you have nights like Wednesday night: up at 12:30, 3, 5, and 7. I wasn't happy!
Wake-up time: Anywhere from 8:30 -9:30am.

Child's age: 9 1/2 months
How many naps per day: 2
When & for how long: between 9:30 & 10am and around 2pm--length varies from 45 minutes to 1 1/2 hours--If he wakes before 45 minutes, I go change his diaper because that usually means he pooped. I don't consider anything less than 45 minutes a nap.
Bedtime: between 6 and 7pm
How do they sleep throughout the night: STTN
Wake-up time:between 6:30-7:30am He likes to play in his crib for a while, so I never know the exact time he wakes up.

Child's age: 5 months
How many naps per day: 2, sometimes 3
When & for how long: 1st one is about 2 hours after waking up which makes it usually at 11am. It lasts 40 min - 2 hours. Second is around 2 or 3, and that is usually 2 hours. If he has a third it is usually around 5, sometimes 6pm, and it lasts about an hour.
Bedtime: Lately, 9:30pm
How do they sleep throughout the night: He eats at midnight and again around 5 or 6 am. Sometimes he also wakes up at 3am!
Wake-up time: Usually 9am
We are having a major sleep upheaval. About a month ago he was only waking around 5am to eat and was going to bed around 7:30 and up at 7. I preferred that b/c it gave me nights to myself! But he is for sure teething which I think is to blame. Finally after some atrocious nights I gave him tylenol last night around 7pm, and it worked almost immediately. He slept better last night then he has in weeks, and he woke up happy again! My poor baby was in pain.

Child's age: 15 months
How many naps per day: 1
When & for how long: after lunch (between 1230 & 1) for 2-3 hours
Bedtime: 1st bedtime is between 8 & 830
How do they sleep throughout the night: he wakes about an hour after going to bed, if I'm lucky to get that much sleep out of him, and doesn't go to bed for the night until anywhere between 1030 and 1am (or later). It's a grand time!
Wake-up time: lately it's been between 9 & 930. If he goes to bed exceptionally late (1-2am), he'll sleep until 10 or 1030.

Child's age: 5 months!
How many naps per day: I guess she must sleep alot because she takes about 3-4 naps per day.
When & for how long: She is typically only up for an hour or hour and a half then she gets pretty fussy. So she goes down for a nap.
Bedtime: 7pm
How do they sleep throughout the night: pretty good. She will go to sleep (after using the CIO method - which I'm now a HUGE fan of!) at 7pm and wake up around 3-4am feed then back down till around 7am. I'm hoping when we start feeding solids that the 3-4 am feeding will disappear. We just started using CIO and I'm swearing by it now! Putting to bed earlier (her bedtime was 8 now it's 7) and she will cry for 10 or less minutes before she puts herself to sleep even for naps now!! I feel pretty lucky!
Wake-up time:

Child's age: 4 months!
How many naps per day: 3 or 4 naps. Only in her swing or being held. She will NOT nap in her crib.
When & for how long: I make her stay awake for 1.5 or 2 hours after she eats. then she naps for as long as she will.
Bedtime: we are just changing this. It used to be 10:30 or 11...now it is closer to 9:30 or 10
How do they sleep throughout the night: GREAT! She has slept through the night since 8 weeks old!
Wake-up time: I now have to wake her up since I have to go to work. Usually about 7.
ALSO: What is CIO method?

Child's age: 3 months
How many naps per day: 1-3
When & for how long: They usually take one about 3 hours after waking and another in the afternoon. Some times they throw another one in there if htye are really tired
Bedtime: We try for 7:00 pm. Sometimes they fall asleep before that and some days they are up later
How do they sleep throughout the night: Not well. I'm trying to stretch them to 2 or 3 hours. Last night I was up every hour, but Eiley wasn't feeling well. Eiley usually sleeps better than Arya. Arya has a tendency to wake up every 30-60 minutes some nights.
Wake-up time:between 6:30 and 7:00 am.

Child's age: 9 months on Wednesday
How many naps per day: 3-4
When & for how long: Her longest one is at 11 a.m. - she sleeps anywhere from 30 minutes to 2 hours; then she'll sleep anywhere from 20 minutes to an hour three hours after she wakes up from that nap; and around 6 she sleeps for about 30 minutes
Bedtime: 8-8:30 p.m.
How do they sleep throughout the night: I sneak a diaper change and bottle right before I go to bed so she's awake for the diaper change and falls back asleep after the bottle
Wake-up time: 8-9 a.m.

Child's age: 4 months
How many naps per day: 3-5; Lily gets cranky and ready for a nap after being up for about 1 1/2 to 2 hours
When & for how long: Anywhere from 15 minutes (if I put her down) to an hour and a half (if I am holding he) to 3 hours (when she used to sleep in her swing)
Bedtime: Between 7:30 and 8:30
How do they sleep throughout the night: Depends. She will wake up at 11 to eat most nights, and then takes about 45 minutes to get back in her crib. However, if I let her sleep in bed with my, she is out like a light and barely wakes up at all!
Wake-up time: between 5 and 9

I am so jealous it worked for you I think we'll be trying it again once Allie is over this nasty ear infection. We actually had to take her in again today because the antibiotics were doing nothing. She was barely eating & sleeping.Ugh! Glad it all worked out for you though!!
