I had my first prenatal appointment today. I went through the usual run of the mill stuff: physical, pap, medical/pregnancy history, etc. and then we got an u/s so that they could date my pregnancy. According to my LMP, I'm 10 weeks today, according to my O date, I'm 9w5d, and according to the u/s, Peanut is 9w6d. 
All in all, a great appointment, but I'm still a little freaked out because the "magic number" of weeks to get passed for me is 14 weeks. *bites nails* I go back in 6 weeks so I'm going to be on pins and needles until then.
We're still planning on telling everyone at Christmas. Now all I have to do is order this tshirt for Christian and continue to keep my mouth shut.

What an adorable little peanut! I miss those days & the excitement of the ultrasounds & appts  And I LOVE that t shirt!! Penguins are my favorite

It already looks like a baby instead of a glob--that's so exciting! It sounds like new baby is growing right on schedule. . . and that shirt is super-cute. Have the cameras ready when Christian makes his debut in it!

Our TTC journey: 6 cycles Clomid, lap surgery/ D&C, IUI, 2 x IVF; 33 cycles- BFN.
IVF#1 (March 2010) Transferred two 8-cell grade A (perfect) embies- BFN and heartbroken.
IVF#2/FET#1 (Jan/Feb 2011):Transferred two (7&8 cell) grade A (PERFECT) embies- BFN again.
March 2011- February 2012: On BCP due to endometriosis.
March 2012- taking a few months off of BCP and we are TTC naturally.
We will re-evaluate another IVF w/FET try in 2013.

so cute! I'm jealous of the quality of your ultra sound. The doctor I go to has a little old crappy one. I love the doctor, but wonder if the technology would be worth the switch!
