Rub lots and lots of olive oil into your kid's scalp in anticipation of bathing her soon. Then, sit on the couch to nurse her. Next, allow your cat to sit on a blanket next to you on the couch. The cat then needs to decide he LOVES olive oil and lick it all off the baby's head as she nurses. He will loosen up a bunch of the scaly skin. Wash the baby's head and it will look great.
Hub grabbed the video camera before I made the cat stop licking Arya's head. Her head hasn't looked this good in a while.

Oh man, too bad our cat doesn't like olive oil! We tried that and it didn't really work. I'm glad it is for some people! Darn cradle cap.

Ewwwww! lol
Jack's has come and gone. Tonight I put some oil on it, let it sit a bit, then used a baby comb. Sure enough, those scales came off! I am going to do it again tomorrow for the small lingering ones.
But yeah, those scratchy tongues cats have must work wonders. I may try that too if I can't get the rest tomorrow! lol

LOL, I don't know whether that is super funny or super gross (the cat of course)!
Rachel, you can always get tuna packed in oil...then, it's the best of both worlds!

I was totally grossed out by it too, but laughing too hard to stop him at first. Her head looks amazing today. Her pediatrician commented on how much better Arya's head looks than Eiley's. I did not tell her about the cat.

Hahahaha that is sooooo funny! Maybe I will have to try that. Kerrigan has it on her birthmark at the base of her skull and she is constantly digging at it.

That's great!! (And a little gross too) I don't have a cat, or it would be on my list of things to try!
