We got to see our little baby for the first time today! He/she is just perfect and it was the most amazing feeling in the world to see that heart beating just as soon as the tech put the wand on my belly! My due date changed, which didn't surprise me, as I was pretty sure I ovulated really early that cycle! According to my lmp I would be 7 weeks 5 days and due 7/29...but the ultrasound showed that I am 8 weeks 3 days and due 7/25, which is exactly where I thought I was! Ironically, baby is due to arrive on my sister and BIL's anniversary, so that is very cool!
It is so wild to me that as tiny as the baby is right now he/she already looks like a baby! I am just so excited and today was very reassuring for me! AAHHHH....I'm a MOMMY!

Isnt it amazing how much the baby does look like a baby at 8 weeks? God is just so awesome!! I cant believe you are already 8 weeks!!!!

It's SO exciting seeing your baby for the first time I was so amazed how baby-like my baby looked at 9 weeks. Congrats!

I have my 1st u/s at 8 weeks and I am really hoping that they have non-crappy equipment!
