just for fun! we got one for christmas and i figured i try it just to see how she would react and she did great!

first off im about 99.9% positive she is goin through a growth spurt. we just just freaking out and i couldnt get her to stop so i fed her 35 min early and she chugged it!

ok anyways. i made her a 5oz bottle and then poured it in her sippy, and i held it for her obviously. and about about 45-60 second she started sucking on it wierd so i took it our of her mouth and it was almost gone!!! she didnt choke on any of it!

so i poured the rest back into her bottle and there were only 2 oz left! she took 3 oz in maybe a minute! she took the last 2 oz out of the bottle in about 3 minutes!

i couldnt believe she did so well with it! ive been planning on starting to work with a sippy around 6-7 months so it would be easy to break her bottle but it doesnt seem like shes going to have a problem with it!

o we have such a cute little piglet! but im an idiot and didnt get any pictures!!

o and im thinking im going to go ahead and get our stage 2 nipples sterilizd and start using those. she can apparently handle a faster flow.

So cute! I tried one this week as well. I put water in it and not BM. I wanted to just see if they could figure it out, I didn't let them drink much. Both drank right away, with a little spilled down their chins. I am going to try some BM in one this week. DH and I are leaving them with my SIL and MIL next Saturday and I want to be able to be gone for more than 2.5-3 hours. It's so fun to watch them try new things.

They easily drank out of the sippy cups, but had no interest in taking BM. I had my mom and DH get them when they woke up from their nap and fed them without me around. Each drank about an ounce that I had just pumped, but wouldn't drink any more. It's frustrating that they won't take milk from anything but me since I can't leave them too long. I figure they will drink if they get hungry enough, so I still plan on leaving them alone for at least 3 hours next weekend. They don't usually like to go 3 hours without eating. I'll leave them sippy cups and milk. They'll have to decide if they eat or not.
