My 39 1/2 Week Pregnant Vent!

I need to vent....As much as I've enjoyed being pregnant, there comes a point where you just can't do it anymore. My joints feel like I'm a 90 year old woman. I have to brace myself before I sit or stand and take deep breaths because it hurts so much. My fingers have been stiff and numb for about 4 months now. I can barely straighten them, and they are swollen as can be. My ankles have become not only cankles but fankles....Fat feet, ankles and calves. It has become really bad the past few days, and is very painful. My worst symptom though these days are the swollen sinuses. It's been about 4 weeks now of dealing with really badly swollen sinuses and sleeping has become something I dread. I wake up trying to catch my breath and always have a horrible sore throat and have been snoring like an old man. I'm so stuffed up it's rediculous. I have a humidiphier, do a nasal wash, and use breathe right strips and nothing helps at all. It's funny because my big belly actually doesn't bother me at all. I love feeling little Camden kick, and love to look and touch my belly. I feel guilty for complaining, but I can't help it! PLEASE let this baby come soon!

It will be soon enough! Think of how long you've been pregnant and know you can't have more than 2 weeks left at most lol

OMG I soooo feel your pain. I was miserable at the end too. Not as bad as you, but still miserable. Hang in there, you will soon have your body back and by the time you get home from the hospital most of the swelling will go down...PROMISE! I know how you feel though. Don't feel guilty about complaining, the end is sooooo hard. We ALL understand! As for your sinuses...I would try going to the doc, they can give you some antibotics for that that is still safe for you. You poor thing. Hang in there sweetie and vent ANYTIME!!

Thanks for the support ladies! I feel bad complaining, but just needed to get it off my chest! The problem with my sinuses is that it's not an infection or anything. It's just pregnancy Rhinitis....UGH....I talked to my mom a little bit ago and she made me feel better too! Gotta love moms!
