i was diagnosed with the swine flu last night. i was feeling terrible all day yesterday and the night before. they prescribed me some tamiflu and some pain meds for the redonk headache ive had. im so tired right now. but jayla woke up for a bottle..nowim waiting for her to fall asleep in her swing so i can go back to bed for a little bit.

my fever last night was 102.6

when i took it an hour or so ago it was down to 101.3

at least its going down.

and jayla has an upper respitory infection. im glad thats all she has. so now im wearing a mask around her. SO has to work today so he cant help out.

I'm so sorry to hear you're so sick, but I'm glad they caught it and hopefully between the meds and wearing a mask, you won't pass it on to your LO

thanks ladies!! im already feeling muchbetter than i did yesterday. takin care of Jayla today hasnt seemed to be an issue. i di hate wearing this mask though, but jayla still smiles at with the stupid thing on....good thing she knows my voice.

she is acting just fine. this is her second cold and with both cold she has been just as happy as can be. im also wondering if shes teething a bit....she is drooling like crazy today!!

ok so i think i wrote my update post to soon in the day. once my meds started wearing off my neck got extremely sore..like i cant even walk or it hurts, my throat hurts, the off and on fever.

i took more meds around 6 and ive been fine til about half an hour ago. now my neck is starting to get sore again and so is my throat. ugh its annoying!

but jayla still seems ot be fine which makes me happy
