Ok, my DH is riding my butt here so I need some opinions and advice.

My cyst OBVIOUSLY hasn't gone away yet. It still hurts, some times a lot and sometimes not at all.

You all know how much I hate hospitals, and my doctor... Mainly because every time I go in there, they make me feel stupid for going in there.

And DH keeps riding my butt to go to the ER or my doc about these pains from my cyst.

Last night, I'll admit it was pretty uncomfortable - but not unbearable. Sharp, stabbing pains around my right ovary. Went to bed, they were pretty much gone this morning except for some mild cramping all day.

I don't think its worth a trip to the ER, I don't even think its worth a trip to the doctor - but DH thinks I'm being stupid.

What do you girls think?

Can you call your doctor and maybe talk to a nurse and just ask? I don't know if I would go in either, since you know what is causing it. Maybe just ask a nurse if you need to get it checked or if it can wait until your next appointment?

Ahh they don't have nurses at my doc, just receptionists that don't know a pregnant woman from a hole in the wall LOL - maybe I'll call the nurses line! Hey I never thought of that LOL

LOL at the hole in the wall comment...I'd talk to a nurse since your doctor's a turd, but you need someone who knows what's normal

I'm not sure about cramping because of cysts...but I do know that cramping is normal, and have been told, that unless accompanied with bleeding, that it is normal...now again, I'm not sure about the cyst thing...let us know what the hotline says.

I had a ton of cramping on my right when I was in my first tri. My doctor did an ultrasound to make sure the baby was okay. He was fine. Some women experience a lot of cramping during pregnancy.

Ok, well when I told the nurse that it was sharp and "stabby" which is what it feels like, she said to make an appointment with my doc to see him soon - so I made an appointment with my moms doc to see him tomorrow. If nothing else, I'll get peace of mind out of it. Thanks for the advice girls!
