Getting Pregnant

I'm really upset and just need to vent... i just found out my 15 year old niece whos been having a ton of mental and emotional problems for the last couple of years is pregnant. I'm just so annoyed right now, i know its horrible that not only is she ruining her life (sorry to any teen mothers but this is a horrible, horrible thing given her family situation)... but i'm really upset that her kid will probably end up being perfectly fine when i have to go through this h*'ll when i've done everything right and WANTED my baby so badly. Blah.. sorry had to get that out

Oh top of that Michael has an infection so im completely on edge waiting to find out whats going to happen with that... my dog cut her ear and had to go to the ER last Friday... and i hit a deer driving in my mom's car last night. OMG i want this week to end

It isn't fair, sometimes it just isn't...

I wish I could give you a real life hug right now, you've been so strong through everything...that is a lot to deal with...and for all of it to be happening at once, I'm so sorry...

What kind of infection does he have?

T - i'm not sure what kind of infection it is yet, they did a culture on it and will let us know tomorrow.

Sounds like a rotten week! It seems like when it rains it pours. And it must be tough having your little guy in the NICU. I am still praying for a full and quick recovery for him.

Oh honey I'm sorry!!! I hate that you are having to worry about this with all that's going on with your baby. I hope the infection is easily treated! Everytime I hear stories about young women having children in less than ideal situations I have to believe that somewhere down the line (whether it be this child or 3 generations down) god is going to have them do something amazing for this world. It helps me to not be angry when I don't understand why.

Ugggh, well just thought i would update you guys... Michael will be having surgery for his PDA Monday

And his infection isnt gone yet but at the same time it seems like its just skin infections not in his blood. Idk, im upset that he'll be having surgery even though i know its fairly routine.
