Anyone else get one? I had no idea this could happen. I woke up with severe abdominal pain and called my OB this morning. He got me right in and is pretty sure that's what I have. I have to go see a surgeon tomorrow. Until then he said to stay at rest (which is easier said than done with a 3 week old!). Of course my 2 sources of daytime help, my mom and sister, are out of town too.

And I thought my weeks of bed rest were finally over when I gave birth!

Update 2/12:
I saw the surgeon today and he is sending me for an ultrasound. The good news is he said no need for bed rest! The bad news is he is 99% sure I will need surgery. So, it looks like I will be having the surgery in the next couple of weeks. Recovery isn't supposed to be that bad so hopefully I bounce back fast.

I'm sorry you are experiencing this. I don't have any experience with this and haven't heard of it, hope things go well tomorrow and sleep when the baby sleeps!

Oh hun I'm so sorry. I didn't have a hernia, but I had problems with a nerve from the c section...I had to have a CAT Scan to rule out a hernia. It's absolutely no fun at all. Do you have a bulge in your belly? You will be in my thoughts for sure.
