Do your LO's actually wear the infant caps around the house and when you take them out if its not cold outside? Michael will most likely be coming home between the end of March and the end of April... so obviously if its cold he'll wear a hat outside on the way home and such but going into spring does he still need one when we go out? And what about inside the house? Dh and i do keep it fairly cool in here but i assume that will change once he's home...

My LO had trouble maintaining his temp for the first several weeks so I was always paranoid and kept him bundled up inside and outside the house. But now- I only put a hat on him if it's really cold and we go out. We bought this cozy cover for his carseat so I rarely have to really bundle him up to go out anymore.

Addison wore it around the house at the very beginning when the house was a little cool. Sometimes she did, sometimes she didn't. It's not like we stressed if it was off for a few hours or something. She doesn't now, but of course when we go outside she wears one because it's freezing.

We also had to turn the heat up in the house after we had her. I like it cool. DH likes it much warmer than me though, so he was probably happy

Reese has a zillion hats but almost never wears any because we so rarely go out

This is an interesting question, because I was thinking about getting some hats, but my LO will be born in the summer (well June) so there is probably not much of a need for them then.

Ya know... Violet wore a winter hat home from the hospital but I think that was the last time she ever did She never wears one around the house and honestly doesn't wear one when we go out! I am bad! But she has her bundle me and in the car she seems very very content!

Oh wait, she does have crazy hair so one time after her bath I put a hat on just to try and flatten the hair! haha
