I know the more you pump the more milk you make, but I'm curious how long everyone waits in between? I go about 3-4 hours. I tried 2 but it seemed like it wasn't long enough. How much milk do you let down each time you pump? I get between 4.5-7oz each time but want to produce more so I can start freezing it. (It seems impossible at this point because Camden is such a little piggy lol)

I go 3 hours and get about 5 oz each time so I think you're doing great!

Do you pump both sides at once? I'm curious because Connor only eats on one side at a time, so should I pump only the other side or try to pump both after he's finished? I'm trying to build up a freezer supply too But, still want to make sure I'm full enough for the next time he wants to eat.

I struggle with pumping because Reese is up and active so much of the day so I often only get the opportunity to pump once or twice

I went every 3 hours around the clock for the first 11 months.
When Kennedy was younger newborn-6 months I would get about 7oz's after 6 months it slowly went down.

Amelia usually eats arounf 7:30am, then double pump at work at 11:30 and again at 3:30, then back to normal feeding for the night. At each pumping session I get between 5-8 ounces total.

These are good questions as I would like to freeze as well if I could.

you know I honestly don't remember! I was EPing though, my supply was about 45-50oz a day and by the time I stopped I was pumping twice a day most of my output was first thing in the morning, I think from memory I had enough for the day with just my morning pump
