So yesterday and today, I have been more starving than normal!!! I'm just curious, and maybe no one actually knows the answer, but I'm wondering if baby is maybe going through a growth spurt? I know friends of mine that have kids say that their kids of course eat more when they are having a growth spurt (and sometimes are more cranky) but since I can't tell if Rayanne is cranky, maybe she's just hungry all the time, and taking more of mom's food?? It was just a inquiring minds want to know kind of thought!

That's what I always think when I go through those phases. But what has been happening lately is I will have that day of super hunger and then my appetite is just permanently slightly increased after that. I feel like a whale right now hahaha.

Well I know when I eat a lot, my belly has a growth spurt... LOL

Its true though, and not just in a "getting fatter" kind of way. I have had a few 2-3 day spans when I'm just ravenously hungry all day, and even if I don't gain a single pound on those days my belly still gets bigger!

I've heard that they go through a growth spurt between 16-18 weeks, then 26-27 weeks, then again at 31 - you're right at the 26 week mark almost, so maybe it is a big growth spurt kicking up!

Yup, I remember having times where I was more STARVING and thirsty that usual, and my Dr. said it was the baby having a growth spurt.

That's what my Dr has been telling me. I sure hope so because on those days I feel like I can never get enough food.
