Ugh not sure how i feel about this. Mixed bag i guess!! Should be interesting! Part of me is grateful, its a good symptom, but then there is the whole puking everyday thing. So far it has only hit me when i wake up and right before bed (like around 8) but at night i'm just nauseous, in the morning I puke. Either way so far so good as far as hiding it at work.

I TOTALLY remember those days...UGH..My m/s would kick in at about 4:00pm and I threw up everyday for 3 months. You will quickly learn your m/s "triggers" and avoid them at all costs. My poor husband could barely cook because the smell of foods cooking in the house made me literally throw up. You can try preggie pops, or ginger ale and crackers. (I'm sure you've heard that a million times, but it actually really helped me) I SURVIVED on mandarin oranges and saltine crackers for atleast 2 weeks I swear lol. I hope it passes quickly for ya!

Sorry to hear you've got the ol barf bug, but you're right - it is a good symptom! Just make sure that if you get sick more than 3 times in 24 hours you talk to your doc, you could be getting dehydrated. Drink lots of fluids when you can! Popsicles are a lifesaver in that regard LOL

What worked for me was to eat crackers right when I woke up and anytime I got the slightest bit hungry, I would eat something small like crackers.

YIPPEE for a sticky bean!!!
I know I feel nauseaus if I haven't eaten. For example, I got home late last night, and didn't have my usual bed time snack, just went to bed...I woke up about 3 just feeling sick...till I had a granola bar...then I didn't feel sick...as long as I have something in my stomach, I'm ok. Not sure if it woudl work for you, but maybe??
Either way...don't mind me as I do a small happy dance and give you my sympathy at the same time.

Mixed bag for sure! Yay for good signs, but hope its not too horrible on you! I only puked twice the entire pregnancy but boy that was 2 times too many! Like the other girls said, as long as I ate a small something like every two hours that would keep the nausea at bay. I hope you find something that works for you!

I agree with Marci.:. I never threw up, but I got very nauseous. It got much worse if I had an empty stomach.

oh i've definitely been eating but in the morning doesn't seem to help if i eat or not? And i take my vitamins at night and i have to do it right before bed or i get really nauseous. Doesn't help that i get nauseous when i'm tired even when i'm not pregnant....ah. I must say it does make me feel better but it isn't the most pleasant experience in the world. Oh well!

I feel your pain I was sick almost everyday through out my whole pregnancy, starting at about 8 weeks until I gave birth there were a few days here or there when I thought it was gone, but nope it always came back!!!
At least in the third trimester it was only first thing in the morning and then I was fine!!! At least it made me feel better knowing that my baby girl was in there growing away!!
Lets hope your m/s is short and sweet !!

I had extremely horrible M/S from before I even knew I was pregnant until about 15/16 weeks! I would literally puke like 10 times a day! But, as much as it sucked, I appreciated knowing that everything was changing in there for this little one! I hope it eases up for you soon though!

Hopefully it does not last long! Mine has stayed in the nausea/need to eat all the time stage but has not progressed to actually getting sick. I have found I eat something every couple of hours and have to watch how big of a meal I eat. Just small frequent meals has gotten me through so far.
