So I took my one hour glucose test today...I think that it went ok. I didn't feel dizzy or sick or anything before the test, just starving (but that was because I hadn't eaten anything from the night before.)
I will find out at my regular appointment on Wednesday whether or not I passed...I am definitely hopeing that I did...I could hardly stand waiting that long to eat for the one hour, I can't imagine waiting even longer for the 3 hour.

Crossing my fingers you passed it! Sounds like you did good though. I felt like crap after my one hour and failed it and felt fine after my 3 hour and passed it so hopefully yours is fine!

I called two days later and they had the results. They also mailed me the results telling me everything was normal.
Glad it went well!! I hope you pass!!!!!! YAH!

I will find out at my appointment on Wednesday...that way I don't have to wait too long to wonder...that makes me feel better though that you weren't feeling well after the one hour and didn't pass it Carla (not that you weren't feeling well, but that there would be some reason for not passing it) But I'm glad you passed the three hour.

why did you fast?? the 1hr test isn't a fasting one? its the 3hr that is the fasting test.

My dr. told me to fast...I'm not sure if it has to do with my PCOS, so the test is done differently??!! Not sure, but that's what my dr. told me to do.
