I have asthma, not severe and well controlled with just allergy medicine with an inhaler for emergencies. I also have terrible sinuses that get very irriated when my allergies flare up. With all the blooming/budding out trees, I'm miserable. Does anyone have a good suggestion to help get rid of congestion, or something that is safe for pregnancy for allergies/sinuses!

When my BFF was down here, allergic to cats, and staying in my house (with the cat) the pharmacist recommended Sudafed - although I'd check with your pharmacist first. I think they have a book of meds that are OK during pregnancy.

GL!

OH I forgot what my list says is OK. Go to the pharmacy at your local store and ask them. I know even with my like, I confirmed that what I was taking was safe. I know benedryl is safe, I took that.

They do suggest a saline solution just to get your nasal passages open, or moderate use of dristan (one naustral at a time, not every day type thing) is safe as well. I do have allergies, but I can't remember what she said it would be ok to take. Sorry, I'm sure there is something.

I would definently try a saline solution nose spray. Totally safe and it actually helped me a ton with my allergies.
