o man. she did worse with this than she did with her shots! lol
she started screaming when they started cleaning off her ears and didnt stop til about 2 minutes after they were done! and shes been fine ever since! smiling and playing!
6 month stats
Weight: 17lbs 6oz (75%)
Height: 26in (50%)
Head Circumfrence: 16.75in (50%)
boy does she look freakin cute!!
also, i may be MIA for a bit. maybe not. i need to talk to and admin about something (related to another board) and who knows if it may get me banned for a little while. So if i go MIA you know why and i will be back when i can.

nope, i wasnt being fake, just felt like i needed to speak up. and ladies im sooo sad!! when jayla woke up this morning her right earring was gone!!  i was like sobbing because after we found the earring, her hole is already closed up! like i seriously was bawling my eyes out! do i need to see if they will re-do them today before her 6 month pictures!

Oh, no! I have no idea if they can redo them. My fear would be them not being able to shoot the gun into the same hole. I hope you find an answer.

I had to have one of mine re-done as a kid because the earring fell out - they didn't do it in the exact same hole, but very close to the original. It is kind of a pain because only the BACK of the original hole closed, the front is still open, so every once in awhile I'll put an earring in the wrong hole and try to push it through and OUCH! LOL
She looks so cute though - hope you can get it fixed!

I woke up this morning and that was the first thing that I thought about!!! I was wondering when is too early to have them done for Kennedi after she's born. I talked with DH and he wants to wait till Kennedi asks for them to be pierced. I'm kind of indifferent.

well they cant do it til tomorrow, so we are taking her tomorrow and her pictures are rescheduled for tuesday.
i didnt get banned (thank god) but someone is still causeing serious drama and went as far as bashing everyone on our board...to me she said "who the hell has a biracial kid" ... really? have some class.
ok enough of that. just wanted to vent real quick!

Oh no, I hope you can fix the earring issue. I didn't get pierced til I was 5. then a year later, my grammy accidentally ripped one of my earrings apart by taking my sweater off to get ready for bath time. She didn't mean it! I had to have 4 stitches and I have this ugly scar on left.
Some people are insensitive and ignorant. That's unacceptable.

I am excited to hear you got her ears peirced...I would like to get Rayanne's done when she is little as well. I asked DH and he said it doesn't matter to him, if I wanted to get them done when she was little. I do understand your DH saying that he wants to wait for her to ask for them Amanda, but they look so darn cute when they are little with their little peirced ears. Which is why I will probably end up getting them done.
