Ready for baby to arrive...I have a new camera to capture those ever special moments!!

I got a fujifilm 1500. It has 15x optical zoom, 12 mega pixels. Dual Image Stabilization, Tracking Auto Focus and even Panorama Mode!! I also got a surprise, and it has the continuous shoot that I wanted, so I can catch those moments that are hard to catch with new babies. The smile that lasts just a moment, the laugh, the cute little smile...I'm so excited...will she get here already. I know she has to stay in for 6 more weeks, but after that, she can come!! I'll be ready!

Here is a couple of pictures, I was just playing with my camera...wanted to show the zoom. (which I think will come in handy when we are in Florida next February!)

The first is just a picture of the street looking out my front window...take note of the chain link fence with the black dog laying on the driveway. (close to the white sign)

Cool....I have to chuckle because it reminds me of one of my step-SIL. She couldn't put the camera down after she had a baby a few years back and I use to joke with her about the baby calling the camera 'mommy' because that is all he ever saw!

Yay for a new camera! We bought one in september for our Vegas trip and even though it was supposed to be a great camera I was getting so frustrated because all the pictures were coming out blurry and grainy and we looked like wax people! Well last week I FINALLY decided to read the instruction manual and figured out how to work my camera! Turns out you're supposed to press the button halfway and wait for the green light, then finish pressing it! The pics are like a million times better! So I'd definitely recommend reading the instruction manual! I can't wait to see all the beautiful pics of your baby girl!

Sounds like an awesome camera Marci! I can't wait to see all the perfect pictures of little Ray!!!

Now if only we could get our TTC sisters to buy cameras like that for their tests... LOL

Rayanne will probably be the same way...I do anticipate taking a crazy ridiculas number of pictures of her...I love taking pictures...and because they change so quickly, I'm sure I will want to make sure I capture every little change.
