So I knew I was tired last night, because I had reached the point of crying exhaustion. Dh was at first mean about me crying, but I said I'm so tired, he came over and got on the couch and let me put my head on his lap....when I kept crying he made me sit up and come snuggle up to him so he could hold me. I was so tired I barely felt like eating supper. I had cooked me a really small piece of chicken and barely ate half it, but I ate all of my corn, and well I just hate stove top anymore. Well this morning the alarm goes off and he gets up and gets ready for school, then comes in to wake me up, but instead of getting up and walking him to the door I crashed back out. I had a portfolio due in my first class this morning, and I was skipping it anyway to finish that, but I didn't get up until almost 8. SO I had to study for the make-up geography test I have today, and the map quiz that I have in a little over an hour.
Has anyone had bad shoulder/neck tension while pregnant? I've been popping tynelol but its not doing much except make it bearable when I can't get to my shower. I actually took one of our old kitchen chairs this morning and put it in a 55 gallon trash bag, to sit on in the shower. It is now my new best friend, lol!!! BUt what did you do when you got tense? What can I do besides call my doctor and tell him, and what I'm doing? OOhh and Dh's hand starting hurting really quick when he massages my shoulders(though I think he just being lazy), but it comes from 6 years of nightly squeezing a handle of hose very similar to a car wash hose.
The tension could be more stress related than the pregnancy? But I dunno...you could soak in some epsome salt, but confirm with your doctor. I know i can now, but I never asked in my 1st and 2nd trimester. I hope you feel better!!
I have that tension, but I think it is more related to my expanding frontage LOL
Hope it goes away for you soon, and that you get a bit more energy! Don't worry, when that 2nd trimester energy shows up, you can't stop it with a freight train

Big huge hugz and thanks to tasha_mae for my beautiful siggy! - and -
I haven't, but my Dr did give me something to help on my bad days with back pain/neck/shoulder pain as he said ladies with a large chest tend to have more issues during pregnancy.
I hope you feel better!

SHHHH!! Don't mention Pregnancy on FB please!!
Oh no I'm sorry that you are going through all this. I really hope that you can get some rest and feel less fatigue. I agree with the others that tension is probably the cause of the neck and shoulder pain.
