Had a BM and had to push and it always causes a little increase in CM after. Well when I wiped to get rid of excess CM there was red on the TP. I freaked out. I called the doctor on call. He did not seem concerned, I was in tears. He said it happens. Told me to watch it and it the blood increased or if I started cramping to call back and come on in. I laid down and did not move the rest of the evening. I tried to eat but I was too nervous. I kept checking the HB and found it each time. I am not sure what caused it. But I plan on taking it very easy for the next few days. Call me crazy but all this news of early babies just puts me on alert. Please keep me in your prayers. I don't want to be obsessive the rest of the pregnancy but I have finally let myself feel optimistic that I am gonna be a mom.

That's totally normal. Are you sure it didn't come from your bum? I know that sounds weird, but a lot of women in my DDC had that issue from time to time. Just take it easy, like you said, and you will be fine. {{{{HUGS}}}}

aww don't panic! It's completely normal. Your blood vessels are very sensitive during pregnancy so any extra energy (i.e., pushing for a BM) could make them bleed alittle. It'l happen more than this one time so be prepared.

I know it's scary especially with a loss but the dr is right, as long as your aren't cramping and the bleeding hasn't picked up, you are ok HUGS

I'm sorry hun, it is really scary! I had the same thing happen a few days ago and totally freaked out! I know what you mean too about being nervous about baby coming early...I've been having contractions and tons of pressure and discomfort for over a week now! I pray that God comforts you and continues to bless you with a happy and healthy pregnancy! I'm glad you have a doppler and are able to find comfort in hearing that precious heartbeat!

I had the same thing happen earlier in pregnancy before anything ever started going wrong. My friend that is an OB says that it is normal and as long as it doesn't increase or you don't start contracting it's nothing to worry about. I know that's easier said for them than it is for us to except. I pray that things continue to go well and no more problems happen.

Yep what the other girls said. The extra effort probably strained a blood vessel or something. But I am sure it woudl scare the crap outta me too!

I had a lot of bleeding during my pregnancy and everything turned out fine. As long as you are not cramping you should be fine. Hope you don't have any more scares.
