How soon after you lost your mucous plug did you go into labor?
I'm pretty sure I lost mine earlier today!

I lost a small amount around 38 weeks. I thought it was the whole thing but I didn't go into labor (though at the time I just thought it was BHs and not the real thing) until late on a Tuesday evening (40 weeks and 4 days). The next morning I lost a lot more of my mucous plug - let's just say there was A LOT more than I ever expected.

From what I can tell it's not a clear indication that you're going to go into labor. Some women don't lose their's until they're in labor and other people lose a little bit here and there. Everyone is different!

Good luck!

Yes, everyone is different...sorry I know that's not what you wanna hear. But since you are only 32 weeks, you may wanna call your doc just to let them know. I think I lost mine a week or so before FINALLY going into labor!

Thanks ladies! I called my doc and they said that it could still be weeks until our little man makes his appearance! I'm praying that is true! Even though he's measuring 3 weeks ahead, I still think it would be too early for him to make his appearance just yet! I'm hoping he'll hold out for at least another 4 weeks or so! Doc also said that as long as I don't start having regular contractions and bleeding then there is no reason to panic!
