I think the idea we had decided on was kind of splitting it up some, so it will be "seasonal" like Spring 2010 mommies, Summer 2010 mommies, fall 2010 mommies, winter 2010/2011 mommies etc. And then as we get older we can do 2005 mommies, 2006 mommies, etc. (just like regular PR). We had talked about doing it by month but some months have lots (like October) and some months have not many...

can I ask what the point of splitting everyone up is? Isn't that kind of the point for the actual DDC and PR? I like being all in one here so I can see the newcombers progress and such. Honestly, if we split it up, I won't frequent this board much.

I'm not sure i've put it out there enough. This board will NOT be split up...my understanding is that this is like a subforum for the board. It would just be a place for those mommies to get together and ask developmental questions, talk about milestones, things specific to where your baby is at, without having to address it to everyone. Obviously someone with a 2008 baby isn't gonna have the same questions/concerns about their child as someone with a younger baby.
Pregnant girls are not going to have an opinion on when their baby started sleeping through the night (for example). If this is too much we don't HAVE to do anything...
I'm not really sure you guys are understanding what we had intended. Does this make it a little more clear??
Forgive me if i sound crazy...i'm feeling crazy today......

when I was preggo, I liked seeing what questions/suggestins moms with older LOs had. Now, I like seeing newly preggo's ask all the terrifying questions Personally, I think that would be overly repetitive. just my opinion.

Sorry...not a new subforum but a stickied thread....there used to be one that Cris had stickied but it hadn't been updated since December. I wanted to make an updated one and sticky it so that it was quick link to who was due next...and I also wanted to include the ladies that had their LO's so we could have a quick way to see who's LO's b-days were coming up.
We dont have to have it...just wanted a quick link to see the info. Let me know what y'all want.

yes michelle, i am not sure where i got lost in translation but i feel like a dummy now. I kept wondering why we were calling it a list. Usually i'm pretty quick on the uptake but i was SUPER confused by the terminology i guess...and i guess when we were talking we were both talking about the same thing in two different ways..

I think a list is an awesome idea, but I agree with the others about not splitting up! haha I need all the experienced ladies in here right now!!!!!!!!!!!! haha
