She posted earlier to let us know her doc broke her water today - she went home to eat and rest. She msg'd me to let me know that they are officially on the way to the hospital. Her contractions are getting a bit worse - we shall see when she gets assessed at the hospital. I will keep you posted!!

Marci was checked at 7:45 and was still 1cm, they had to see the doc and were gonna put her on the drip.

She got the drip at 9:20pm. She was starting to cramp. At 10:00, they upped the dosage on the drip.

At 11:54pm - Marci said that they say the baby is doing well.
She took Fentanol around 1:00am. They checked her about 1:30am and she was 3-4cm dilated, 100% effaced and at -1 station.

Update - 6:00amEST
Marci got the epi just after 3:00am.
At 4:30am, Marci msg'd me to say that Rayanne wasn't very happy with what was going on. They turned off the drip cause the combo with that and the epi was making her hr drop. They were gonna wait an hour and start the meds again and if the same thing happened they would have to do a c-section.

Marci has asked us for all of our T & P.

Marci msg'd me at 6:47am to say that they were prepping her for a c-section. Keeping you in my thoughts and prayers Marci!!!

Rayanne was born at 7:16am Central Time and weighed 7lbs, 13 oz. Marci said that there were lots of complications and that she will be in the NICU for a couple of days. Marci told me that Rayanne's sugars were low and that there were lots of complications - so please keep Marci and her beautiful daughter in your T &P!! Marci said she will update more when she gets home on Sunday.

I don't know if anyone is up but liss is sleeping and I need prayers. They turned off the drip because it was causing ray's hb to dip. They are going to wait an hour and try it again. If it does the same thing and I haven't progressed because I haven't been. They will do a c section. I will do whatever is best for baby but I would really like a vaginal birth.
