[KDD]

For the past 3 years I've been leasing a Toyota Rav 4 (which I loved), but DH thought we should upgrade it now while we are both working rather than waiting a few years. We only had 35,000 km on it so we figured that we could buy out the lease and then sell it for more and use the difference for a down payment on a new one.

It took a few weeks and I think we both had kind of given up on selling it (we had a lot of offers, but all were really, really low). Then the other day a couple came to look at it. The wife loved it and wanted it before she drove the kids to the lake on Monday. So today we sold it!

I don't have a car! It seems so weird not to have any wheels of my own. So until we can get a new one, I'll be driving DH to work and picking him up every day (adding at least 1.5 hours to my workday).

We're on a tight timeline so I hope that we can find what we want soon!

We didn't win the lottery this weekend so we won't be getting a Maserati! Maybe one day.

YAY!!! We tried out some new cars this weekend! Tons of fun! We havent bought anything yet and prolly wont for a couple more months, but its still so much fun to look! Cant wait to hear what you get! (And maybe see a pic???)

That's really cool! I hope you find a new one you love!! Personally I love test driving new cars but still hate car shopping because of the car salesmen! LOL. We bought our last vehicle privately because we got tired of dealerships!
