I know it is still pretty early for me to be thinking about this but my MIL was in town this weekend and we were chatting about baby stuff while standing in my empty nursery. She told me that she has some "things" for the baby. One of them is the outfit she brought DH home from the hospital in. I am so excited to get to possibly bring our baby home in the same outfit DH came home in! She told me "if you have a boy you can bring him home in the same one" but I may very well bring our baby home in the outfit no matter what the gender!

awww yay!! I have no clue what our little guy is gonna wear home...we'll probably pick that out right before he's born.

So when are you gonna start that nursery anyway?! THey have so much cool beach stuff out right now for summer!! (even though i know you're doing under the sea...)

I just finished packing Fisher's bag for the hospital and have 2 possible coming home outfits packed for him, depending on what size he will need!

thats awesome. We have a special outfit (that we probably paid too much money for) but I hope that one day she will want to use it for her babies too!

Awww very sweet! That is what my old friend did, another girl I knew didn't use her DH's, but they framed it and hung it in the nursery (her baby was a BIG boy and couldn't fit in it, they knew that from early on). How exciting though!

I will take pictures of it when I get it. So far it is in a box waiting to come to me the next time they are in the city (or we are out at their place).
