I normally have no problem with this and honestly he's so low i don't have problems eating normally anyway. But all of a sudden i have awful painful gas and heartburn (dangit!!)

So i guess i stop eating later at night and hope for the best. Thank God for gas-x and zantac!

I know exactly how you feel, I've had horrible heartburn and acid reflux throughout this pregnancy! It got so bad last week that it would wake me up in the middle of the night and I would begin throwing up stomach acid...OUCH!!!

This has been me for a while and Zantac is a life-saver. I also found it didn't matter when I ate - just what I ate. But I have not had much luck eliminating foods so I just eat them earlier in the day and stick to easy to digest things as my later snacks. Oh and don't lay down right away after eating - stay sitting up for an hour or so.

I am sorry you are getting heartburn ect. I did get it for a short period, but lived on Tums. I couldn't stop eating late at night because I woke up in the middle of the night feeling nauseaus if I didn't eat. It's a catch 22 really. I hope that not eating late works for your Kate.

I have acid reflex and it was REALLY bad during pregnancy. Not much could help it I got hungry at night but didn't usually let myself eat much because that made it worse of course. Hope you find something that helps!
