Is there any chance that my boobs won't grow during pregnancy? 
I'm already a very full D-cup and I hate it and have back pain and I hate to think of what it'll be like if I get up to an H-cup or something.
Did anyone's boobs stay the same?
So far they feel heavier but not bigger.

Everyone is different. Mine didn't change very much in size at all throughout my pregnancy.

Mine barely grew during pregnancy. I went up about a cup size when my milk came in. My rib cage did get bigger, so I had to get new bras to accommodate that during pregnancy.

Mine didn't change until Lilah was born and I started nursing. I went from a D cup to a DD. I'm just glad they didn't get any bigger!

Mine did change. During my pregnancy I went from a B to a C and after my milk came in and since I'm nursing I'm a D.

I have gone from a D to a DD, but who knows. I personally HATE having big boobs in the first place so i know what you mean. My SIL's sister's boobs got huge but so far i've gotten lucky. I'd say they're still proportionate to the rest of me though so i don't TOTALLY look like dolly parton.

Same here! But I went up near the end of pregnancy. When my milk came in, they just became fuller - like i have the best cleavage!!

Bahahahahaha... I hope you don't end up like me - I started out as a G cup, was an I (two cup sizes bigger) by the time I was 12 weeks, and now I'm easily a K. I don't even bother buying bras anymore, I am technically a 32-34K but I buy 42-44DD - they don't fit right at all, but at least they KINDA fit and keep my boobs somewhere near my chest (as opposed to my knees!)
I can't even wait to find out if they're going to grow again when my breastmilk comes in! I'll end up putting each boob in a grocery bag and taping them to my shoulders LOL

I think mine so far have gone from a lower C to a lower D (though i'm still wearing a 36C but it feels kinda tight). I don't know if they'll get bigger or not. Hopefully yours don't change much.
*wanted to edit mine to say that I went to VS to try on a new bra. In my 15 weeks of pregnancy i've gone from a 34C to a 36D. I'm kind of scared as to what i'll be when my milk comes in!

I am pretty large chested also, but I did not have to change sizes during my pregnancy either......so, to answer your question, there is a chance that you won't get bigger.

I had full D's also. Mine really have not gotten bigger, just fuller if that makes sense. I am still wearing the same bra that I was wearing before pregnancy. They were starting to get droopy before now I feel 20 again I am waiting to see what happens after he gets here and the milk comes in. I hope they do not grow too much
