so, I joined in November and have been off and on. I lost touch a few months ago because I started Phentermine and was not going to TTC. Well, this past Saturday I had a very faint line on EPT and a pink line on the Answer. This monday I went and had a blood test, and I am indeed preggo !!! I am confused because I bled for four days ( thought I had my period), then I had brown spotting 4 days later (this past friday). I am concerned b/c my coverline was 97.5 and I have had 97.3 temps for the past few days and I am 26DPO (5 weeks and 3 days preggo). I already have a short luteal phase (10-11 days). Does this mean I should expect a miscarriage? I tried to make an appointment and they stated that they do not see women before 12 weeks!!! Help, I'm sooo excited but am afraid of a miscarriage as this is my first pregnancy!!

Congratulations!

Are you bleeding right now? If you're not, I would try to relax and not worry (I know that's hard, I'm scarred of m/c too). And stop taking your temp! I know someone who was very stressed because her temp dropped a few days after her BFP. She's still pregnant weeks after

congrats starliteqt! I too have a short LP (10 days). I just came off of BCP 3 cycles ago. I've charted the last 2 and LP was 10 days both times. Did you do anything for the short LP? Did you take Vitamin B6 or anything?

It's good to know that others with short LPs still get pg! If you hve any advice for me, I'd REALLY appreciate it!!! Thanks!!

thanks Everything is going well so far!! RNtobe, I had just bought mucinex and b6 to start using. Mucinex for CM as I was did not have the EWCM and b6 for the luteal phase, I never got a chance to take them as I got my BFP!! I was shocked as I had the paraguard IUD, short LP and am overweight (lost 35lbs since feb tho). My advice would be to try the b6. If you have CM issues get mucinex or preseed. Best of luck

Congrats! I would think as long as your not bleeding now you should be okay. Is there any way you can get a beta/progesterone test done by your doctor to check your levels? I hope you have a very happy and healthy 9 months!
