Hey Ladies. I am still in awe that I have a human being growing inside of me. I am barely 4 weeks along and really don't feel pregnant yet. I have slightly sore bb's, and a few random twinges here and there and some acne but I really don't FEEL pregnant yet. When did you all start feeling like you were? When did the nausea kick in. I am praying that I don't get that symptom

With my first pregnancy, I barely had any symptoms, mostly frequent peeing which began soon after finding out. This time around, I had symptoms before my BFP, including heartburn. Then I had and still have very bad nausea and fatigue and peeing every 2 hours, but that could be because I'm having two beans. Good luck, girlie, I'm sooo happy for you!

I'm 36 weeks+, and sometimes I don't even *feel* pregnant LOL
Nausea kicked in... Oh geez, I can't even remember. Before 7-8 weeks, I know that because I couldn't eat Christmas dinner and I was 3 wks 5 dys when we found out December 1st.
You'll start to have "OMG, I'm really actually pregnant" moments in the 2nd trimester usually (at least from my experience, and what other girls have said...) Usually when everyday activities start to get more difficult because of pregnancy - like peeing, or bending over, or sex, or walking, or breathing... LOL (Can you tell I'm about ready for her to be born? LOL!)
But to be honest, I'm sitting here with 25 days left until my EDD going back and forth between "OMG, as soon as FRIDAY I could be a MOM and WHAT THE HELL WAS I THINKING?!?" and "I still could have like 7 weeks left until she shows up, I have lots of time... This pregnancy thing is a breeze!"
And then I cry for no reason, and waddle my way back to the bathroom AGAIN. LOL
Apparently that's pretty common... My sister told me, it didn't sink in for her until the day after she HAD my little nephew. Sitting there in the hospital, holding him, feeding him, she went "holy crap, I was pregnant and I just had a baby!" (and no, she can't be on TLC - she knew the whole time!) And some mommies say it is still hard to believe they gave birth to that tiny little thing even when their kids are having babies.
I don't think it ever completely sinks in, but enjoy this time - seriously. Don't worry about being in that under-12-weeks-scary-time, and don't let it scare you - if something is meant to happen, it will, and nothing will change that - but if you don't enjoy this time when your only symptom is some sore boobs, and you have plenty of time left to get used to the idea, plan, shop, and so many exciting milestones ahead like telling everyone, maternity clothes shopping, nursery shopping, ultrasounds... Just, enjoy it.
Because by the time it sinks in, it will have all gone too fast!

To be perfectly honest....I didn't REALLY Feel pregnant until I got the alien baby. When I started feeling her move every day...and some days it was still so unreal...until you hold them in your arms, and you realize you are a mom!! The bestest feeling ever!

Not until she was crowning!
Seriously though, I would say the last few weeks. When I could feel her trying to move around, but she couldn't because she had run out of room.

Not until I started to feel her move and I started showing. Before that it was so hard to believe unless I was at the ob getting an u/s or hearing the hb!

I agree with what the women before me have said. Unless I was hearing the heartbeat or seeing my bean on an ultrasound it didn't really become real until i could feel the baby move around.
That being said I started to feel "different" by about 6 weeks when the nausea set in. I remember a day when I was about 8-9 weeks when I could not figure out how I was going to get to work because I could not get my pants to touch my stomach without nearly losing the breakfast I had not yet ate. I definitely felt pregnant in those few early morning moments.
I agree with what Cheryl says - enjoy it all - symptoms or no symptoms. It really does go very fast!

I'm a few days over seven weeks and I can't say I feel pregnant. I do have nausea (it started before I got my bfp) but no vomiting so far.

I didn't have any symptoms until about 8 weeks. Then I was nauseous and very, very tired. I've learned to eat pretty much every couple of hours to keep the nausea away! Don't fret, the symptoms will come.

I am like everyone else, I felt pregnant mainly after I could feel movement all the time. I didn't feel like I was going to be a mom until I was actually holding her, then it was like..now what??
