Had my 20 week u/s yesterday. Looks like I may have gall stones after all which will explain all this pain in my chest. Bad news is they can't do anything unless the pain is unbearable. I wouldn't consider getting it removed while pregnant but I just don't know...But on to bigger news....
My little Cash Isaac turned into a girl. Yup, that's right, HE is now a SHE. And SHE is not a HE and a SHE which was my first question and concern. Perfectly anatomically correct little girl. With all perfect organs BTW. So, she is healthy! We are still in shock....for the last 5 weeks we have been planning on boy....I can't believe the lady was wrong at my 16 week u/s!!! I will post my pictures later today, I have to get ready for work.
I'M IN SHOCK!!! I'm having a girl now!

OMG! That must have been quite a shock. Congrats on your little girl 
btw, two of my friends were told the wrong sex at their early ultrasound, though I think theirs were a few weeks earlier than 16 weeks.

OH MY GOSH!!!!!! WOW!!!!!!!!!! So all of the important stuff...do you guys have a name for her?? Are they going to confirm again...(i'd be calling up the gender place again and making them do it again...) holy guacamole Jessica, i'm just SHOCKED!! I thought FOR SURE you were having a boy. Can't wait to see her pictures. What is the deal with wrong gender ultrasounds these days?! GEE!! I'm really excited for you though i'm sure SHE is beautiful!!!!! Can't wait to see pictures later.

Wow - definitely a shock! But great news is that SHE is healthy. I am with Kate - are you going to have the first place redo the ultrasound to make sure or at very least acknowledge that they were wrong?

We are so shocked. To be honest, I was already really attached to the idea of having a boy and have really bonded with "Cash". I had to pack all his his "mini Daddy" clothes away last night. Thankfully, I have receipts for 99% of the baby stuff I bought. I know we will come around soon and get attached to having a girl. Like someone else said, at least we didn't find out at birth! That would have been hard. Family is all laughing at us. They can't believe it! The thing is, our lady who did it was SO SURE and SO CONFIDENT! We were the suckers everyone talks about getting the gender screwed up!
I am going to call the first place and tell her we broke her perfect record. I'm sure she will let us come in again for a free one if we want later on.

I'm not sure what to say. The first u/s does indeed look like a boy. I'm sure that you will get used to the idea of little "Cashelle" soon!
