I'm not sure why it would be difficult to tell your mom, as I don't know your back story. But I am with Michelle, we are here for you no matter what!! I hope that you are worry about nothing, and her reaction will be positive.

You can do this! If it's easier, follow the advice of telling her and then having a reason to have to leave shortly thereafter so if her reaction is a negative one, you don't have to stick around for it for too long. Lots of to you!!

Do what I did - send a regular old "how 'ya doin'?" e-mail and at the end of it say, "oh, and by the way" and put a photo of your BFP. Of course if your mom is like my mom she won't open the photo!

I was scared to tell my mom at first... my 2 cousins "pushed" me to tell my mom cuz they knew if I told my mom later, she would get upset so it was best to tell NOW than later. so I was like "Mom what i'm about to tell you will shock you so please be prepared." she was like then I told her... it took like a good min for her to say something.... it was hilarious!

So I told her, and she was thrilled Thought we were going to wait a bit longer, but she's still happy. Woo!
