Baby's first pictures

I got my first ultrasound today!!!!!

I had imagined that moment a thousand times but it was so, so, so much better than I had dreamed. I loved seeing my little baby in there, s/he was moving a lot and it even looked as if s/he was waving at us at some point.

I already love that baby so much.

Everything looks normal so far. I'm 12 weeks, 5 days according to my ovulation (my doc has me at 12w4d) but I measured ahead at 13 weeks 1 day. I guess that would put my EDD as Feb. 28? I don't know. I'm not changing my ticker anyways. I think the doc will decide at my next appointment in Sept. if he's keeping my EDD as is or going with the new one. I hope he keeps the latest one.

Oh and after the tech was done, a doctor came in to take a look and told me "So have they told you anything about the number of babies?" My eyes got wide and I said "The number of babies? There is just one in there right?" and he said yes. I don't know why he scared me like that!
