It's totally ok to have sex...I didn't, just because of my history, but I'm sure you just had a round ligament pain afterwards. I am sure your little bean is just fine AN!

My doctor specifically told me and DH that it was fine to have sex while pregnant. With my history (like Marci) I was hesitant and always checking for the worst afterwards but it has turned out just fine. The sharp pains could be any number of things - like Marci said round ligament pain or even just some stretching and growing.

Totally fine unless your OB says otherwise. It may hurt because if you have the big O, then your uterus will contract.

I agree with the others. We didn't until I was 5 months just since I was scared of having another miscarriage but it all turned out alright.

hahaa, i must be the big s-l-u-t b/c i only held out until week 5 (so 2 weeks hahaa).

Really its a-okay!! There are some positions that work better than others you just gotta try it out and see what happens. I find that if i'm not fully ready, it does not feel that great, so lots of foreplay is always a plus as well!!

Try a different position Aaron. Missionary starts to feel uncomfortable pretty early on.
