Hello ladies. Hope everyone are doing well!

I just wanted to ask if anyone has Sacoiliac joint pain (SI)?

I went to my physical therapy last Monday and they diagnosed me with SI pain on my right lower back near tailbone. It's really painful when I bend over, get off the bed or sit too long. I have to go to PT twice a week for the next few weeks. My Therapist also said I will experience more pain during birth and she strongly recommends PT right after birth to ease up the pain.

I have it too. it's not fun and so painful! mine acts up only when i'm prego- so I'm even more anxious to give birth so I can move/bend, without pain~ sorry you're experiencing it too

Yes I have it also on my right side. It only acts up occaisonally and I see a chiropractor to pop everything out.

Ugh that sucks.....I went through the SAME thing. Good news is that it will be over once your LO arrives!!!
