Awwww....thank you girls 
It's not until tomorrow afternoon (3:45) and I'm already soooo nervous! Not too much will happen tomorrow, just pregnancy confirmation, discussion of my past pregnancies, plans for this pregnancy, and a referral for the MFM DR......WoW...when I write it out it sounds like A LOT MORE

Our TTC journey: 6 cycles Clomid, lap surgery/ D&C, IUI, 2 x IVF; 33 cycles- BFN.
IVF#1 (March 2010) Transferred two 8-cell grade A (perfect) embies- BFN and heartbroken.
IVF#2/FET#1 (Jan/Feb 2011):Transferred two (7&8 cell) grade A (PERFECT) embies- BFN again.
March 2011- February 2012: On BCP due to endometriosis.
March 2012- taking a few months off of BCP and we are TTC naturally.
We will re-evaluate another IVF w/FET try in 2013.

Hi girls  Thanks for keeping me in your thoughts
The appointment went very well. My DR seems great...very attentive and compassionate which is what I *NEED* this time.
I'm going to be getting a cerclage at 11-12 weeks. He usually does them at 12 weeks, but with Figgy being due the end of Nov/beginning of Dec. I said that I'd *rather* do it at 11 weeks (the sooner the better, right?) and he said that was perfectly OK
So I go back in 8 days for a viability scan (please keep the prayers coming for a heart beat  ) and *IF* there is a HB, then they will go ahead and schedule my cerclage. He also said that he sees no need for me to go on bed rest and I can continue teaching until *I* feel like going on leave (at which point he will authorize it )
Overall, I couldn't have asked for a better, more reassuring appointment
