As most of you know my SIL is pregnant. Her EDD is 12/7 but she has a scheduled c-section (repeat) for 11/30. Well over the last few weeks she's become generally miserable and has developed edema really bad in her lower calves, ankles, and feet. She went to the dr this week and he immediately looked at her and knew something was up. Her BP was high and while she didn't have protein in her urine that day he had her do a 24 hr collection and did blood work. Turns out, she is developing pre-e. So it looks like our nephew may be coming out next week. She'll be 37 weeks on Tuesday and she's hoping to move her c-sect up to Friday. He wants to try and keep him in as long as he can but between her decreasing health and the upcoming holiday it looks like he's coming out sooner than later. I am so excited!! The only thing better than 1 newborn to love on is TWO!!
