It's so easy to complain about how our pregnancies are negatively affecting our lives (from nausea, exhaustion, being uncomfortable, etc), but I realized yesterday that not all side effects are bad.
My worst side effect by far has been carpal tunnel syndrome. I'm now reduced to wearing wrist braces 24/7 and even that doesn't prevent my fingers from tingling all the time. CPS is caused by water retention. Aside from swollen feet and sore fingers, the water retention had a positive side effect too: no more cellulite!
I hate to admit it publicly, but I was sorely tempted to take a photo of my butt yesterday! 
What are some other "positive" side effects that you've experienced?

No AF, as well as the "pregnancy glow" I never got more compliments about how well I was looking than when I was pregnant.

Agree, bigger boobs, it's the only time I liked my belly and wanted to show it off! Most of the time I camouflage it. Also there's the great hair and nails, and people doing everything for you

How about being able to balance a bowl of ice cream on my belly so I can eat one-handed on the couch?

Just everyone's joy of you being pregnant, it never gets old for me. It also reminds me of what a miracle this baby is (and every baby) when people get so excited for us and does little extra nice things for me!
Also, I love not having to suck in my belly and just let it be. I dread the day when I have to resort to sucking in again. If that will even be possible anymore, lol.

Agree with most everyone...no periods and bigger boobs!
Also loved the fact that the pressure to be skinny is non existent. You can eat like a normal person and not feel bad! Weight gain is expected. I was a bit sad that I didn't start looking noticably pregnant until after 6 months, so I didn't have much time to relish the being big and pregnant in public thing. Up until then it was an "is she pregnant or did she have one too many beers" thing going on in the belly.
I actually had very little discomforts in the beginning and loved being pregnant up until the end with the constant contractions and preterm labor and all that. It was an easy pregnancy up until that point!
