11:50 cst: I just got a text from Jessica. She's doing awesome and so far the induction is going well. She is 5cm dilated and 90% effaced!! She just got her epi and the nurse said things should start moving along. Let's all keep them in our thoughts today!

Our TTC journey: 6 cycles Clomid, lap surgery/ D&C, IUI, 2 x IVF; 33 cycles- BFN.
IVF#1 (March 2010) Transferred two 8-cell grade A (perfect) embies- BFN and heartbroken.
IVF#2/FET#1 (Jan/Feb 2011):Transferred two (7&8 cell) grade A (PERFECT) embies- BFN again.
March 2011- February 2012: On BCP due to endometriosis.
March 2012- taking a few months off of BCP and we are TTC naturally.
We will re-evaluate another IVF w/FET try in 2013.

Hi guys! So sorry that Kate didn't get our last text announcing her birth. She was born at 3:15 yesterday after 30 minutes of pushing....I had an epi which was wonderful while it lasted, however, I'm left with some serious hemorrhoids inside and out which hurt like heck. If not for them, I think I'd be perfect, so hopefully in a few days I'll be feeling better. I also had to get snipped a bit and tore just a little more after that, thank god I didn't feel a thing when it happened and when she sewed me up!
All in all, it was a wonderful birth experience with amazing hospital staff. She is feeding like a champ and has already had 4 poopy diapers and peed on Daddy. I'll post some pictures of my beautiful baby girl when we get home on Sunday! She has lots of dark curly hair! Oh and she weighed 8lb 3oz. and was 20 3/4 inches. Not the almost 9 pounder we were expecting! Thanks for all the good thoughts and prayers!!

so glad she is here safely, and hooray for a great birth experience...also, make sure they give you the witch hazel wipes and stool softeners - those help a lot with the hemerroids...I had them big time...
cant wait to see pics
