i KNOW!!!!!!!!!!!!! OMG I cannot imagine what she's going thru right now. I'd be like calling the cops on the agency and the birth mother and getting a lawyer like RIGHT NOW! this just makes me so sick thinking about the whole thing. Brandi and David didn't deserve this at all!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Our TTC journey: 6 cycles Clomid, lap surgery/ D&C, IUI, 2 x IVF; 33 cycles- BFN.
IVF#1 (March 2010) Transferred two 8-cell grade A (perfect) embies- BFN and heartbroken.
IVF#2/FET#1 (Jan/Feb 2011):Transferred two (7&8 cell) grade A (PERFECT) embies- BFN again.
March 2011- February 2012: On BCP due to endometriosis.
March 2012- taking a few months off of BCP and we are TTC naturally.
We will re-evaluate another IVF w/FET try in 2013.

It's just not fair. Shaking my head thinking how and why does someone have to go through all of this? I'm so sorry Brandi, I hope at the MINIMUM you get your money back. I would be tempted to do more (sue) but I know that will just drag out the situation even longer and you have another beautiful little girl to welcome into the world soon. I'm so sorry.

I saw this last night... something just doesnt add up IMO... it does seem "shady" that they were responsible for paying extra money for the birth mom to eat more and stuff? DH works for a police station and he says yeah you can get extra things sometimes but 300 dollars is ALOT of extra things and her needs are provided for so it just doesnt make sense. I hope they at least get their money back if they dont come out of this mess with a baby
Maybe there is a baby but the mom wants to give it to a relative or something? I'de be going to that prison if i were them!

Ugh. I don't understand why one couple has to go through so much. It seems very shady to me, even if your in prison you do get healthcare, I can't believe that no one would have checked for a viable pregnancy. It just doesn't add up.

This is ridiculous! How much more can poor Brandi and David take?! This makes me livid! I can't imagine being cruel enough to do this to someone. I hope the agency learns to screen their clients better. Sending tons of T&Ps to Brandi and David.

UGH. I just read her blog. Looks like the agency had no idea and they are going to refund her money. It's almost like another baby lost ugh. It just breaks my heart. I cannot WAIT until Aaliyah is here and their family is complete Thinking of them.
