I went to my monthly check up and my doc wants me to see a specialist now He said the complete previa makes me high risk and he wants me to see this doctor for the remaining on the pregnancy along with him, but have my u/s in the neonatal unit. The only positive i see with this is more u/s and they'll be 3d...lol. I'm just bummed cuz i wasn't expecting the whole high risk and specialist thing today. I just thought he'd wanna do more u/s. My next appointment is Feb 25th at 8am. So i guess well def find out how far along I am measuring and if its DEF a girl, lol.

Sorry. That sucks. I went to the high-risk ob for the gestational diabetes. I won't lie- it was annoying. At least you know everything will be monitored closely.

I am high risk too. I just look at it as I get more ultrasounds and they are taking extra special care of me to make sure nothing goes wrong. I would hate to have any surprises. Hopefully though it's smooth sailing for the remainder of your pregnancy.

Sorry about being high risk, but at least you are being monitored very closely. The extra ultrasounds are definately a perk!
