Holy $&@#.
I've been 2 weeks late, but figured my cycle got messed up, back to the way it was before I got pregnant with my LO. I've been out most of the summer, spending time with DH and my fighter bean... Come home, find my very last IC from back in the days (a bit expired but not much) and decide to POAC...... Um. Holy Hell.
!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I think my brain is going to explode.
Those who know me, it took me many years to conceive my LO, with medical help no less. I also lost my first son at 4 months pregnant... Then lost my LO's twin...
Anyway, I'm running to the pharmacy to get a fresh HPT, and I don't know just quite what to think!!! Fighter bean is only 6 months old!

Please do I'm very happy but the feeling is very different this time around. We weren't trying, but due to my history we decided not to protect and just see what happens. So I'm very surprised, to say the least.

That's basically how it happened over here...since it took a year and a half total to get pregnant with tyler we figured we'd just ntnp and see what happened...2 months was all it took. Insane huh?!
Ok, the thing i love most about being pregnant now, is i realized today he's still small enough for me to pick up without wearing out, to move around without having to wrestle him like a big toddler...sure he hits/kicks me but nothing like the force of an 18-24 month old might. I remember my friend telling me when she was pregnant with her daughter her son was in that 18-24 month range and he would ram her and headbutt her belly, not to be mean, but just b/c he was a wild and crazy boy. I'm SO glad tyler really can't/doesn't do that. He is wild and crazy but he's not quite old enough to hurt me!! Also i know he'll never remember a time in his life without his brother or sister, so that's cool to me too...yeah sure i'm tired and its hard b/c he still doesn't sttn but it all evens out. I'm hoping we can avoid some of the jealousy that older kids get and the regression b/c there won't be much for him to regress on. He'll still be in diapers, have sippy cups, sleep in the crib, and other baby stuff...so its not like the new baby is going to set off a bunch of triggers for him. Just a few of the things i've thought about! I'm not one bit freaked out about having two so close together. I might be crazy though!!!

That makes so much sense. I'm actually not freaked out, but I think my DH is... LOL. The only thing I'm uneasy about is having to go through cerclage/bed rest while caring for my LO.

yeah that might be tricky...i'm lucky to so far have had too uneventful pregnancies...i did have to give up breastfeeding...my supply crapped out, dr didn't want me risking contractions...stinks but had to be done. in the end its been good b/c we've been done for about a week now and he's gained like half a lb already!!

Congrats bliss!!!! I found out I was pregnant with this one a little bit before Darcy turned 3 months old. I also didn't think I could get pregnant because of PCOS and how we had to do an iui to even get pregnant. Suprise! Lol.
Even though i'm super nervous it's pretty exciting. I will say that it is definitely a lot more tiring with being 7 1/2 months pregnant and then going after Darcy all the time. DH is still kind of freaked out over it too. I was so happy that I got to reuse all of Darcy's clothes.
I hope you have a very happy and healthy 9 months and there is a very sticky bean in there.
