Ok 1st off I can't believe I'm posting over here. I've been a member of JM since May 2009 and we have been ttc since June 2008.
Most of ye girls know me as I have struggled with most of ye and watched and cheered ye on getting ye'r BFP's and watching yer babies grow up. Some of my amazing friends are on BFP #2 and there are still so many of my friends that I started with on this journey.

So for those that don't know me here is a quick up date on my story.
I'm Rebecca(35) DH is Maurice (36) and we are from Ireland. We started ttc before our wedding and that is where this amazing heartbreaking and now joyful story starts.
We got married on the Island of Malta with 60 guests.
After a while of bfn's I went to the Dr because of my age I didn't want to waste to much time. DH had a SA which was perfect so it was my turn to be tested. I had my 1st Lap in September 2009 where they found a lot of Endo and my left tube was very badly twisted and damaged beyond repair so I was booked in for 2nd Lap on our 1st wedding anniversary October 8th. they removed my left tube and as much Endo as they could and then I was on a menopause injection for a few months while I recovered and before IUI's started, But while I had my Lap I also had a smear test done.
this was the start of a 7 month Cancer scare where I had 3 colposcopies and 2 Leeps. But was given the all clear. and was told to wait again before IUI.
Anyway to make a long story short. I had 2 IUI's with injections and 6 clomid cycles. So it was the big move to IVF.

I tested yesterday morning and I couldn't look at the test so I asked DH to look I wanted to surprise him in a reaklly cute way but my nerves got the best of me. He kept saying I think it's 2 lines so I grabbed it and OMG t lines he kept saying are you sure, are you sure so I did another test then another and another

I just can't believe it I'm still in shock. I'm going to ring the Dr in the morning and try and get my beta done on Tuesday and then the week of the Oct 17th I will go for my scan...

Sorry that was so long but I'm just so excited to be posting over here. I'm looking forward to getting to know new girls and can't wait to share this part of my journey with all of you.
