I'm a grad!!! Yay!!!

Just want to introduce myself. I'm Jenn (33) and my DH is Calvin (42). We have been married for 3 years and 5 months. Neither of us have been married before nor have any children. I wasn't sure until I met him that I wanted children. He has been ready for children since we married but has been super patient with me; waiting for the bug to bite.

December 2010 the Baby bug bit in a big way! Holy crazy baby bug...I was ready. BUT we had already paid for a cruise for Aug of 2011 where we both would been in our friends wedding. The timing wasn't right. If we had not already paid, we would have started TTC but we waited and I'm glad we did.

We spent the summer intensely working out...we work out anyway but we really hit the gym hard. I lost 16 pounds and a dress size. My husband lost 10. After the cruise we started TTC cycle #1 with no luck in Aug. I started temping and charting with the encouragement of my new friends on JM and that was the trick. Lucky cycle #2!!

So happy to be a grad and a part of this group! Can't wait to follow your stories and encourage each other through this new journey!
