Asa Eslocker and a camera crew were attempting to film and talk to Democratic senators and VIP donors leaving a private meeting at the hotel as part of a nightly news series on the corporate lobbyists and wealthy donors at the Democratic National Convention. Police arrested Eslocker and charged him with trespassing, failure to follow a lawful order, and interference with a police officer.[/b]

Some reports state that the police officers pushed Eslocker into traffic to keep him from taking pictures. The hotel claims the sidewalk is their property, but apparently it is public property.

I fail to see how this is Obama's fault. Do you have information that we don't. Did he tell the police to idiotically push that journalist with a camera crew into the street. From what I hear the Denver police have also did something like this to a journalist who was trying to take pictures of anti war protesters. The only thing I might find Obama's fault is choosing a city with a history of dickhead cops. But then again how many cities, (that can accomidate that many people) would pass muster?
Also I seem to remember McCain's people asking a little old lady librarian to leave a public event for having a sign that said McCain = Bush. We KNOW he told them to get her out of there.
