I am totally surprised to find that this isn't already being talked about here!

Quote:
In 2006, ACORN also committed what Washington Secretary of State Sam Reed called the "worse case of election fraud" in the state's history.

In the case, ACORN submitted just over 1,800 new voter registration forms, and all but six of the 1,800 names were fake.

More recently, 27,000 registrations handled by the group from January to July 2008 "went into limbo because they were incomplete, inaccurate, or fraudulent," said James Terry, chief public advocate at the Consumers Rights League.[/b]

For those of you who get hives when you even think about clicking on a Fox News (that is how it is spelled) link I am sorry. I couldn't find anything on CNN about it.

So what is there to talk about? It's pretty much spelled out in the article. I would love to hear what some of you have to say on this because voter fraud is NOTHING new. It is wrong, it is illegal, but most of all it is a VERY OLD practice dating back decades ago before certain groups of people were even granted the RIGHT to vote. So this is nothing new. It didn't start with this election and neither will it end with this election.

I am glad they seem to be on top of it! I hate voter scandal. This election is being watched like a hawk. from those 'faulty/fake' ballots surfacing a month or so ago to this.

That doesn't mean it's not wrong wrong wrong! Why the heck do the dems have so much to do with this group? That is a valid question, I think. It looks to me like they have pretty dirty hands.

You aren't running for President.

Anyway, I really hope they can get this all sorted out.

I am sorry but I am not opposed to having voter id cards.

I have a little paper card too. My husband has to show a state ID. I am saying there should be a photo id for voting.

ummmm...this is not a DEM issue. This is a political issue that all parties are guilty of having "dirty hands" with.

Ummmmm.....ACORN is a liberal group, no? I know that both parties have gotten into voter fraud and it's bad no matter who is doing it. I think you missed my point. I thought we were talking about ACORN specifically.
