I breastfed exclusively my first child until she self weaned around 1 year old.
It was very difficult from the first day to the last.

I breastfed my son until about 7 months until i lost my milk supply and he is now on only formula. After the long struggle to keep him well fed on my poor supply it was a great relief to know he had a full tummy again
It was also very difficult experience breastfeeding him as well-but not as bad as my daughter.

I knew I really wanted to breastfeed and then the problems I had w/ my first is what made me extremely dead set on breastfeeding. I struggled with it a lot the first 6 weeks of his life, I didn't know how, didn't have support, I was very young and adventually just gave up, especially with my own pedi telling me to and my family and husband agreeing because they didn't know what to do to help other than to "give the baby a bottle". When we decided to have another baby I became really really dedicated to suceeding and learning everything I could about it because I was NOT going to fail at breastfeeding, with or without help. It really bothered me that I had basically quit with my first. Anyway, I learned a lot and I nursed my 2nd son for 22 months and 10 days (we had a lot of ups and downs but we made it!)! And my 3rd son is 7 months and still breastfeeding.

I couldn't BF my sons.

My DD started out on mostly formula and since going off of all meds she is 80% BF and I hope by 6 months she will be 100% BF. It's been easy no problem she latched great and even with bottle there has been no nipple confusion.

Ok I bf my daughter only for 3 weeks .. i was 17 yrs old, and thought the cluster feeding was her actually starving and me not having enough milk, so i gave up.

With Nevan, I ebf till he was around 4 mo old, and then gradually started giving him 1 - 2 bottles a day for a few mo.. and now about 10 days ago, we ve weaned completely... hes 8.5 mo old Im proud of going 8 mo with him!!!! ANd it was challenging def, but now i know for my next baby, ill def bf
