Kennewick Murder Suspect Told Her Friend She Was Pregnant - KNDO/KNDU Tri-Cities, Yakima, WA |

Phiengchai Sisouvanh Synhavong | People You'll See In Hell

Lawyer says Sisouvanh Synhavong incompetent for Kennewick murder trial - Mid-Columbia News | Tri-City Herald : Mid-Columbia news

What do you think? Do you think she was insane, or do you think her actions and her plans prior to kidnapping this baby show a level of competency that make her accountable?

She's crazy but not insane, she had enough wits to plan it all out.

My she rot in hell.

I think these people show they are competent when they plan. This is not a spur of the moment crime. I cannot imagine the pain that family is going through. This is one of the most cold-blooded crimes imaginable.

Competent enough to plan it out - competent enough to stand trial.

Seriously - I had an irrational fear of this when I was pregnant. When I was pregnant with Ryan, I had a dream that I had Lucas in a stroller and someone came up and started pushing him away and when I chased them down they told me that I had a choice to give them Lucas or the baby I was carrying. Scariest nightmare of my life.

So yes, I agree, woman is sick but not so sick she can't stand trial.

Not only is this woman responsible and competent to stand trial for murder, I also think an abuse charge should be laid if that baby boy does indeed have developmental issues from being forced to be born so early. Stories like this turn my stomach and are one of my biggest fears, even if they are thankfully not too common.
