Copyrighting your appearance

I should copyright my auburn hair. And the few grays I found in it.

I don't think the model even looks like her. I think anyone should be allowed to copyright themselves. As in no one should be able to take a picture of someone and use it to sell something. But they shouldn't be copyrighting similar looking people, that is just dumb. I don't now much about this family, but by the sounds of it, they seem to need to have a lot of attention.

ETA: Didn't Paris Hilton try to copyright "Thats hot"? I thought I heard something about that awhile ago after a greeting card company started putting that in their cards. People are so dumb sometimes. How do these people even get "famous"?

This is ridiculous. And if I never had to hear the name Kardashian again, I would be a very happy person. I try my best not to follow this family but sometimes I overhear stuff on new shows and stuff, and Kris Jenner (the mom) seems like the most shallow person on Earth. It's no wonder her daughters ended up the way they did.

maybe we're thinking about this all wrong....if we allow her to copyright her image (or even vague likeness) it would prevent news media & advertisers from almost any visual reference to her (unless they cough up $, and is she worth that?)...we could effectively wipe KK off the face of the planet except for tabloids and I don't read those anyway <insert evil Mwahahaha laugh>

All I know about Kardashinunbiddilydumdums is that the dad defended OJ and whenever I'm channel flipping their show is on on E! I see nothing but hair-flipping and complaining. "Ugh, I have SOOO much money, a gorgeous apartment, designer clothes and enough extra cash to live anywhere in the world but I'm SOOOOOO unhappy!!!"

Ohh, to have so much extra time on one's hands to file lawsuits against people who look like oneself.

By the way she's younger than me so I'm suing her for having my bootyful, supple, ample backside. I and only I am allowed to have a voluptuous bottom.
